What is the NMP?
A Leadership Journey That Shapes Futures
The Narachi Mentorship Programme (NMP) was created to equip young African leaders with the mindset, confidence and practical tools needed to lead with authenticity, courage and impact.
Each year, Narachi selects young people between the ages of 19 and 25 from across Africa to participate in a six-month virtual mentorship experience. Participants are supported by accomplished mentors, guest speakers and facilitators who share practical leadership insights and real-world experience.
The programme is designed to help emerging leaders better understand themselves, strengthen their leadership capabilities and create meaningful impact within their communities and organisations.

Why the Programme Exists
The Narach Mentorship Programme exists to provide forward thinking and creative young minds with world class leadership training and tools, under the overarching themes of Leading the Self, Leading Others and Leading Systems, to set them on the right path early on in their careers as they emerge as the future leaders of Africa, helping them to create the Africa that they deserve and desire.
Programme Journey
01. Apply
Applications open annually for young Africans aged 19–25 who demonstrate leadership potential and a desire to create meaningful impact.
02. Learn
Participate in monthly virtual leadership sessions led by Rachel Adams and guest facilitators from across Africa and beyond.
03. Connect
Receive one-on-one coaching, engage with mentors and build lifelong relationships with fellow emerging leaders.
04. Lead
Graduate as a Narachi Fellow equipped with practical leadership tools, renewed confidence and a supportive leadership network.
